Physicians and Medical Students from the Charleston community using forensic medicine to advocate for asylum seekers in South Carolina.

Who are we

MUSC PHR is a student-run organization at the Medical University of South Carolina. MUSC PHR runs an Asylum Clinic that provides pro bono forensic evaluations for asylum seekers and other immigrants and connects clients to local organizations that can offer medical and social support.

MUSC PHR works in association with Physicians for Human Rights (PHR).
